WV Registry has hit a record number

The WV Registry has hit a record number passing 6,000 registered persons. After several years of monitoring this registry I have noticed it is ramped up every January prior to the legislative sessions in Charleston. Current Registrants in WV(not incarcerated)6,008 , 31 SVP. See the West Virginia House and Senate bills we are following.
